  16. I adore these shots, really makes me want to get to Morocco (I'm so close!). Do you use a tripod and a timer for your self-portraits?

  17. Thanks for the nice comments!

A and B - My friend from Morocco told me I had to go there, and after googling it, I really wanted to. Alas, time was not on our side. Oh well; an excuse to go back!

Kristina - The place was packed with people. If I have a shot in mind and don't want people in it, I just sit and wait. While you're waiting, you get a chance to take it all in and it's relaxing when you're running around all day.

Lost in Cheeseland - Nope! We often get asked to take photos of other tourists. If they're holding an SLR, we ask them if they'd mind taking a photo of us too. It's much easier than carrying around a tripod and playing with a timer.
