    For next time, the Lobster Place is inside Chelsea Market. You wouldn't even know it is there from the street. Chelsea Market is one block north of the Meatpacking Dist. Apple Store .. it looks like a factory from the outside.

    Everything looks so good. Avocado tacos sounds amazing right now. Whenever I see that people have taken pictures of their food, it makes me want to when I go out, but I'm sometimes embarrassed too, since I don't live in a touristy area, and bringing a DSLR into a resturant might seem unusual to some people. Ha. I guess I shouldn't care what other people think though.

  9. Here's my response, and I welcome any outside input that could help Lauren figure out these issues. I could especially use some help on the height of food dishes — I've heard some people say a raised bowl reduces a dog's chance of bloat and others say exactly the opposite. I'm not honestly sure what the correct answer is, so I welcome some insight on that matter.
