Quebec City

If the glowing reviews aren't enough to convince you, the elk sautéed in apples and leeks with rosemary butter might. Cafe Le Hobbit on Rue Saint-Jean was out of our way, but worth the snowy walk for some meaty and elegant dishes on our last night in Quebec City. - Mina

  17. First of all, I love the name of the restaurant! The food looks amazing and I agree, the dessert looks out of this world. While in Quebec City, I went to another restaurant on Rue Saint Jean called Le Veau d'Or. The food was superior and very well priced so it seems it's definitely worth venturing out from the downtown area of Quebec City to Rue Saint Jean for great cuisine.
